The Hague Court decided!

The Hague Court started reading solution for maritime delimitation between Romania and Ukraine around the Serpilor Island.Court president, Judge Rosalyn Higgins (from UK) communicate the final verdict around 13.00.
Serpilor Island will not be considered a basis for drawing the line dividing the Black Sea, so basically it will not be deemed a “shore” of Ukraine comunicated by the president of the International Court of Justice, Rosalyn Higgins.
